Marshall Wellness Collective is a mutual aid initiative that provides accessible, holistic community care. We offer free and donation-based services including bodywork, herbal medicine, and mental health support to help foster the Marshall community’s long-term resilience in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene.

Temporarily located at the Walnut Community Center, 26 School Rd, Marshall, NC 28753. Will be open starting 11/21 on Thursdays for herbal support from 10am-2pm and one Saturday a month (to be determined).
